It’s time for 5 Questions Friday. These are all really good questions today. I had to stop & think about most of them. Here goes:
1. Do you know how to play a musical instrument?
I wouldn’t say I know how to play the piano or flute. Let’s say I’ve taken lesson with both instruments when I was in junior high. If I were Andy on The Goonies I would’ve killed us all.
2. What is your pet peeve while driving?
I have to say that I don’t let other people’s driving both me too much when I’m driving. (Okay maybe there is one thing: when people forget to turn off their blinker or don’t hook up tail lights to trailers.) However…. I do gasp, clutch, & tense up when I am in the passenger seat. I guess that makes me a control freak or something.
3. Would you rather have a housekeeper or unlimited spa services?
This is tough!! I’m going to be practical (as usual) and choose housekeeper… if we’re talking the Alice from the Brady Bunch kind. If we’re talking the once a month come & clean your house for a few hours, then I’m totally going for the unlimited spa services. Unlimited being key.
4. Is there a song that you hear that will take you back to the moment, like a junior high or high school dance?
There are sooo many! I’m going to have to say “When I See You Smile” by Bad English. I had the hugest crush on a guy. At my Freshman homecoming dance I danced with him to this song. In my head I always changed the words by replacing “you” with his name.

5. What song best represents your life right now?
I’m going to say “Coast of Carolina” by Jimmy Buffett. Because through the years and miles and tears and smiles I want to get it right. You can listen to it here. To see all of the lyrics, click here. It’s really good… totally worth the time to listen.

I love Jimmy Buffett…I saw him in concert and it was SOOOO much fun…who ever wasn't smokin' weed was just high on life! Awesomeness! (And, for the record…I fall into the "high on life" category!)
